The fee for an initial individual therapy session is $200.  The fee for an individual therapy session is $190.  Payment in full is expected at the time services are provided.  You will be given a form with all the information needed to file with your insurance company at each appointment.  If such an arrangement is not possible, please discuss alternative arrangements with me.  A session generally lasts 45 minutes, with an initial session lasting a bit longer. 
 
It has been my long-standing policy to not charge for telephone calls.  This policy applies to calls that are occasional and brief (less than 5 minutes).  Otherwise,  phone calls will be charged at $100 in 30-minute increments.
